From assignment to closing

Lenders, servicers and asset managers hand us a property and get one team that answers for all of it: hands-on with every house, current on utilities and code issues, and reporting back before you have to ask.

  1. Inspect

    Same-week drive-by and interior where we can get in, with photos, condition and occupancy noted.

  2. Resolve occupancy

    Contact occupants, negotiate cash for keys, and coordinate with attorneys when an eviction is needed.

  3. Secure and preserve

    Rekey, lockbox, winterize, utilities on, code violations tracked, and photos weekly for occupied homes.

  4. Price and list

    BPOs grounded in local comps, a repair plan where it pays, then marketed on the MLS or taken to auction.

  5. Close

    Offers, contract, title and attorneys managed through to closing, with every expense accounted for.

He works alongside lenders, servicers and asset managers to build and carry out disposition strategies for foreclosure and REO properties, and is just as at home with first-time buyers, investors and traditional sellers. Clients know him for responsiveness and attention to detail.

Alfred specializes in the marketing, management, acquisition and disposition of real estate throughout Illinois, from single-family homes and multi-family investments to mixed-use, commercial and bank-owned assets.

Much of his career has been spent with lenders, servicers, asset managers and investors on distressed and REO sales: preserving value, cutting time on market and getting deals closed. He also works extensively with traditional buyers and sellers.
